"Dear owners of this business, your greediness doesn't know the limit. Today, I visited your playground at Bankstown. My kid and I spent less than two hours there. I paid 18$ for the whole day entry ticket, but I had to leave because, according to your rules, it's prohibited to feed my kid with the food I brought. My 3 years old kid is a very fussy eater. He doesn't eat all chips and milk. He likes only a certain brand. In your cafe you didn't have such stuff. When your worker saw my kid eating, she said that we have two options or to keep my kid hungry because of your policy or leave the playground. I paid for the whole day, and it sounds ridiculous for me that I am not allowed to leave the playground for some time and come back without paying entry fees again. I came to a kid's playground, but not a cafe. Even in cafes, they never ever said anything to me about me feeding my kid with my food. I spent 44$ in total today. It's not a big money, but you will never receive even one cent of profit from me anymore. I visited your facility 5 times. Just today, I decided to become a member. And you know what? I will not be. Now, because of your stupid food policy, you lost a client. One small pack of chips and one milk, which cost less than 2$, will cost you a member of your facility. Just some questions. If my kid has gastritis, and he can eat only special food, should I keep my kid hungry in your playground, or do I need to kill him by feeding with your food because of your stupid policy? If my kid being breastfeed, can his mom feed him with her breast, or will you provide the local one? Maybe when you'll lose more clients, you will change your policy?"
"My baby has a lot of allergies, and he can't have the food they sell. By the way, I had some chips and burger from them - it's awful, that taste was like the cooking oil wasn't changed for a long time. The stuff asked us to leave because the baby was hungry and had to eat his own food. The only option they suggested to leave the baby hungry or to leave their center. Manager of this centre, please make sure your staff is doing cleaning, because all playgrounds are dirty"
"Very rude manager on today. The vending machines took my daughters money, and wouldn't return it to her so we told manager (who didn't look like she was remotely interested) and she told me to just call the number on the machine. She was super rude, 0 customer service and I've seen her here for years, never a smile. She was too lazy to call the machine herself to let them know its faulty and doesn't refund money if you are short $1. Ate the $2 and wouldn't return it, she didn't want to put a sign or call them. Was so arrogant. The other staff member serving me today was lovely, u should promote her to manager."
"Poor lighting (some spots are literally dark...refer to photos attached), poor ventilation (especially busy hours) and poor cleaning (you can easily notice dust from months..refer to attached photos). Expensive cafe menu. These things for parents to be aware of as kids won't mind, they can see good options of equipments."
