"Don’t shop here. We walked in with very clear needs for some garden pavers and the unhelpful man who attended to us refused to answer simple questions like “can we order these” and “how much do these cost”. At one point his answer was “it depends how much you’re looking to spend”. He also made us search the store for our own items even after I showed pictures of the stone we were looking to match. I called later and spoke to a second employee and gave them this feedback. They apologised and asked how they could help… I gave her the size and quantity of what we wanted and she said she’d call back… and then we never heard from them. Another shop in Doveton was able to sort us out in under 20 minutes. Suggest you try there instead if you’re looking for selection or service."

"We visited Premier Pavers last year to learn about the pod and paver system. We found they had a good choice of products and were personable and informative. This year we were back with a big problem. Our townhouses were having tiles replaced with pod & pavers. The work crew was great but the pavers supplied were unacceptably sandpaper-like. Lee processed new pavers for 5 owners individually via email and phone over the weekend (coping with different time-zones for some), then arranged an early Tuesday delivery of all the orders. This allowed the project to continue uninterrupted. We are all very happy with the finished result - they look great and are non-slip but non-abrasive. We loved Lee's positive can-do attitude and help with our problem. I can definitely recommend Premier Pavers based on this experience."
