"I built a timber deck a couple of years ago with Grey Box bought from Connollys, plus decking oil, stain and stainless fixing screws. Craig and his guys were extremely helpful, both with advice and timely delivery of the material. The timber is superb, it's as dense as steel. As evidence of their good will and professionalism, in the chaos of my build (with 2 kids under 3 hanging around) I misplaced a pack of 500 s.s. screws, which aren't cheap. I rang Connollys saying they were never delivered, which I thought was the case. Without a blink, a new box of screws appeared at our doorstep. 3 years later, I have found the "missing" box of screws, stashed between the studs of our shed and behind some steel shelves. I suspect that's where I put them on day-one...I rang to set the record straight and offered to pay, and they waved it away. I'd have recommended Connollys anyway, but in these times of local strips full of For Sale and For Lease signs, a shout-out is needed. A big thank you to Craig and all. Mick N"
