"I threw my son's birthday party at this venue. While my son and his friends had a lot of fun playing and jumping around, I must say that the overall birthday party package was rather mediocre. The moment we entered the place, we were greeted by a strong smell of deep-fried oil, which was quite off-putting. Furthermore, you are required to wait for your party room to be cleaned, which takes up valuable time during the hours you have paid for. This means that the kids cannot fully utilize the entire duration of the party because they spend the first 15-20 minutes in the room watigin for their bands and socks, putting them on. Unfortunately, you are asked to go to the party room first to collect the bands and socks, and the party room is barely ready when your party time starts because of their back to back scheduling of parties. This eats up from the play time. Although the host was kind, the supplies provided were strictly limited; for instance, we only received the exact number of napkins as the number of kids attending. This became an inconvenience when there was a spill, as we had to specifically request additional napkins to clean up the mess ourselves. We needed to ask for every little thing, such as refill of water, extra napkins, etc. Considering the cost of about 700 dollars for the birthday party package, I expected better service during the event. It seemed like we paid for kids play in the place rather than the actual service provided during the party. In conclusion, while the kids had fun, the overall experience fell short of expectations due to the limited supplies, lackluster service for the amount paid, and their requirement to go to the party room first for bands and socks eating up kids' play time. I would not throw another party here."

"I've only been here 15 mins, and already I'm really impressed. The young lady on the main climbing frame has been very polite and very helpful to my kids, who wanted to know how to use the flying fox and how to get up to the top of the slide. She is diligent, and the front counter staff were expeditious in getting us into the centre whilst also being polite. So far, I'd recommend; multiple-choice climbing frames for all ages, trampoline fields, rock climbing walls, and foam pits, so plenty of choice. Finally, central seating allows for me to sit without having to follow my kids around to keep an eye on them. We will return."
