"UPDATE 7 FEB 2022: This matter is STILL not resolved!!!!! UPDATE 15 AUGUST 2021: This matter is still not resolved. They have stopped responding to my emails and have not taken the time to review the photos I have provided them with of my defective bricks. I am deeply upset that they would LIE on their update below saying that my bricks are fine on 12th August when I advised them that I would be sending photos later that day (after business hours). Keith, please be honest with people reading these reviews and take the time to actually assist us rather than just try to save face on here. For the record, I only posted here because Michaela decided not to help us, as I prefer to resolve issues privately, but the lies and lack of communication has given me no choice. ------ We spent a fair bit $ upgrading to the Melbourne Series Black Rock bricks and are devastated that this large company would supply such poor quality bricks. Kiln fired to lock in colour and strength for life is a LIE. So many chipped bricks and the colour of the brick face on some bricks has been partially washed off. The manager wouldn't assist us and also refused to put any disclaimer on the website that these bricks are susceptible to this range of defects, so I hope this reaches enough people to spread awareness so noone else has to feel the heartbreak we feel everytime we see the bricks on our brand new home."
