"Knowledgeable staff, wide selection products with a focus on badminton racquets and footwear. Prices are very reasonable, even compared to online stores. A stringing service is available. Parking may be a bit of a challenge but you should be fine if you are willing to walk a few minutes!"
"Have been a customer since they were in Chinatown. Harry is a very skilled stringer, he holds certification from Yonex and he strings for official badminton open events. However, he rarely would string for you. He also would make his mind about you the moment you walk in. So if he thinks you are only strong enough for 25lb, he will not string an ounce higher tension than 25lb. To the point which Chinese and Malaysian provincial team players I know cannot get their racquets strung to their preferred tensions because Harry thinks they are too skinny. I purchased a racquet years ago, no hiccups between selecting and ordering the racquet. I paid for the full amount and left for them to string the racquet. When it comes time to pick up my racquet, Harry said "hey let me gift you a grip wrap" to which I replied "no thanks, I have a roll bought from you ages ago", then I left. I only realized when I got home, Harry already charged me for the wrap even though he said he was going to add it as a "gift". See receipt attached"

"Being a stringer, tournament organiser, player for several years, I can be the most picky customer. To my surprised Harry & Hope (Eastwood) and Arlo in (city store) live up to the challenge. They’re able to provide world class services and knowledge (I do mean it) we received in BWF tournaments. There’re times I seen the Ezbox team in Australia open, Japan open, international tournaments in Australia hence expect Consistent stringing, knowledge and humour when you visit. Latest products can be found in both stores with reasonable prices. Thank you team for helping both badminton and tennis."
