"Tool heaven. Staff are on the ball. I was looking for a particular accessory to one of my tools. I called and was answered by a very sweet and professional voice. I must say, she was very very helpful. Searched for my request and put it aside for me to pick up. When I came to the store, I was greeted by a young fella who knew all about my order. Shows me that communication is very good between staff. I decided to have a look around the store and of course found some other items to buy. I walked past a young lady sticking shelves and I simply asked s question. She turned and recognized me by my voice. I was pleasantly surprised. I can’t speak more highly of the service that I received from all the staff. Winner. !!!!"
"Brand new store with huge product range and lots of room to move around. Great attitude from the team here, especially the store manager and assistant manager. I can always find what I need here, and if I can’t, they would help me to the best of their knowledge and ability. There are other tool shops closer to our factory, but I always come here for the above-and-beyond customer service. Highly recommended!"
