"4 stars for the online store and 2 for the instore shopping experience. I have been a long time customer but only shopping online. Range is great, prices are cheap and shipping is fast. However as I have recently started working nearby I have been into their physical store a couple of times and the experience is very poor at best. Customers are definitely an inconvenience to the staff there and the wedge I picked up was poorly built and not built to spec. There isn't too much positive to say about the in store shopping experience. Personally I'll be taking my dollars elsewhere, and rebuilding this club myself."

"Prices are good, I’m still waiting 10 days after placing an order for my item to ship. No response from GCO after 2 follow-up emails on when my item will ship. I’ve never had an order take more than 24h to ship from Golf Box. Update: the manager called after I posted my review and said my order was lost. The products did arrive the next day after the correction however I’m keeping 3 stars as their email communications never got back to me after multiple attempts to contact them."
