"I recently had the mispleasure of purchasing a glass block window from this company. The window was made in the eastern suburbs and transported to Ravenhall on the back of a Ute. The window sat on the back tray of the Ute with just a single layer of bubble wrap protecting it from the tray of the Ute. When the window arrived in Ravenhall, it had rubbed the bubble wrap away, one one corner, and the white metal frame was physically sitting on the Ute tray floor. The paint on the window frame had been sandpapered away to bare metal from the direct contact to the Ute tray. When the window was moved off the tray the window made a scraping noise. I had to help one of the employees remove the heavy window from the Ute. As another employee claimed that she heard a scraping noise as it was moved I was blamed for causing the removal of the paint from the frame.This was clearly not the case as the paint had already been removed from the transportation in the Ute. This company was not helpful or assisting in any way. They did not want to know. When I got home I spoke with the female employee who continually stated that it was my fault, even when I told her that the bubble wrap had already worn away from the transportation. I asked to speak with the manager and the female employee said that the manager was out the back and she would get him to ring me back. I did not get a ring back. To all who deal with this company, be extremely thorough and check the items prior to accepting the item. I had more tiling items to purchase. This company will not be getting any further business from me.."
