"Please don’t buy anything from this company. I purchased a netball stand for my daughters Christmas present. The stand came with the wrong pieces and simply could not be assembled. The customer service staff did not care at all. Took my money but sold a faulty product that simply does not work."
"Ordered trampoline net and mat. Delivery promised in a week. Perfectly in time for Christmas. Month passes. I call back. Sorry, the parts are on back-order arriving February 2018. No communication. No customer service."
"Bought a trampoline in July. The wind blew it over and snapped the upper fiberglass rod. I called them to order a replacement, which they took my money for (in July). 3 weeks later I enquired with them, they stated that the item had been delivered. I queried AUSPOST which stated that that they never receved anything. I called Action again and another lady informed me that it had never been sent as they were still waiting for stock to arrive. 4 phone calls since and no stock in yet and as of 26 Nov, still nothing. The trampoline itself we have no complaints with, however their customer service is appalling. The ladies on the phone, I can't fault. They have all been very helpful (except for the first one which passed wrong information). But what they do in the background is the issue, which is obviously nothing. 4 months waiting for a fiberglass rod to be produced in China and shipped across? Not likely. We all wonder why Australians buy offshore from the US or Asia. This is why, Australia's customer service is terrible."
