"There was no information on what was included within the burritos, so we were disappointed to not even have lettuce. Burritos were served lukewarm, sloppy and with minimal meat despite paying extra for the pulled beef. The meal was brought to the table on a dirty tray. The staff member made us remove the meal ourselves then immediately removed the tray. Tables were also dirty, with scraps from previous diners visible on the majority of the indoor seating. The chips were old, overseasoned and inedible. The one thing that was enjoyable was the Jarritos Cola. Overall, very disappointing and expensive."

"We ordered online more than $110 worth of food, including burritos, enchiladas, 4 large chips & dipping sauces. We were quick going there to pick up. Decided to try the chips in the car on the way home and the chips, from all 4 cups, were soft and cold. Disappointing and made dipping soft chips in the sauces sad. Burritos and enchiladas were bulky and not too bad...though they could have been warmer though."

"I ordered take away this evening via the drive through at 5:30, I spent $75 overall on my order. When I received my nachos(which were pretty basic just onion, cheese and piccolo) I received this, without piccolo. $15 for this, I also have images of it if you would like me to send. ? The presentation/lack of cheese and missing piccolo. Will not be a returning customer. Especially after waiting 20 minutes to get my order fixed while my guests food went cold."

"Everyone was happy with their meals we all ordered different, i loved my cali burrito, chips were amazing, food very filling, kids meals were great passed with my very fussy 4 year old who ordered the kids nachos. My 4 year old was also given colouring sheet and crayons at table while we dined in. They also have drive through option or nice to dine in also. Will be back."

"This was the line on the day GYG came in Pakenham. Always a big fan of GYG. Loved the Veg Burrito and Bowl. Ordered 20 burrito on the day and surprisingly got it within 15 mins. Customer service of Guzman Y Gomez is always praise worthy. Service staff at the counter are also very welcoming and smile while they serve. They also have a drive in pickup of food. I have tried the chips at GYG earlier and it was amazing too. You guys are champ."
