"absolutely no idea about customer service. I asked whether there was a particular wine in stock as the bottles are on the bottom shelf ... I'm 70 years old and find it difficult to both see and bend down. I asked because in some cases, there might be stock in the back room which more polite people would offer to look. the only reason I shop here is because of the prices and I have a Woolworths Rewards card otherwise I wouldn't bother"
"I have a skin condition and I went in to purchase some alcohol and the cashier says "You've got a big red mark on your nose huhhh" and I was like that's pretty rude and he just looked at me blank like as if not to care one bit. Anyway not sure if they are short of staff or something but that was an awful experience of rude customer service and won't be going back."

"I've received consistently awesome service from this crew. They almost always have what I'm after in stock (unless it's been a particularly busy weekend and I'm late, or if a delivery has been late). I have noticed the staff are quite empathetic: if you're nice to them, they're nice to you, and vice versa. So perhaps some of these people complaining about poor service should look at themselves, first ;)"
