"Today, this specific employee Sambadha didn't allow me to purchase a drink claiming that my id is invalid because I was showing the id electronically through the NSW service app. He claimed that he wanted to see the 'refreshed' version because 'anyone could fake their ID through the NSW service app' (a questionable claim). And he denies me even though the electronic id has a valid photo, a valid date of birth and a valid expiry date at the time of this review (expired at Nov 2023) A quite incompetent employee and a terrible service. He lacks professionalism, understanding and the logical ability to comprehend that neither my date of birth nor the expiry date of the electronic id would change even if I was able to show this 'refreshed' version that he was bragging about."

"Deliveries not made despite promise. Driver instructions ignored. No attempt to provide updates and no luck getting through by phone. When customer service contacted, information essential to making a consumer complaint withheld......and better still when I rang you SIX DAYS LATER you STILL hadn't delivered but were happy to hold my payment! It's hard to be this bad at customer service, but clearly you guys are committed."

"Store is on the small side.. as you can see from the picture I have taken from street entrance.. the other entrance you can via the Woolworths.. . that is the whole bottle shop.. .however, it does satisfy with most alcoholic needs but just of mainstream variety of alcohol.."
