"Bunnings is a great place for DIY jobs. You can find everything you need under the one roof. Unfortunately customer service was very poor. In such a large store there were very minimal number of staff to provide assistance. I was told that I had to wait 2 hours till someone from that particular department will be available to help. It is really disappointing that customer service is not a priority in the store."
