"Second time that I have ordered delivery, guaranteed within an hour, guests waiting and no delivery!! Contacted BWS Erina, staff very helpful, but out of their hands. Spent almost an hour each time trying to contact BWS and was told nothing they can do, because BWS Erina uses only Sherpa as a delivery service so no option! I was told that now my request has been escalated Sherpa driver may pick it up, because they can then charge more. I was sent an Email after closing time to say I could get a refund or organise another delivery time! That is not an acceptable option with guests waiting and another 3 hours until closing time. So, not the fault of BWS Erina, but their delivery service. I will never order home delivery from them again."
"Placed an order with this company for delivery. It didn't arrive, no one contacted me to let me know the delivery wasn't going to hapen, missed out a good evening. Tries to contact the company to find out what they can do, told, nothing they can do, delivery will take place if they have a driver. Was told I could re-order so the drlivery coud be made the following day, no time as again, it all depended on drivers. Won't be using this company again, enough is enough!"
