"I ordered a jersey December 2022 and the person who I got it from said they do not have it in stock, but a new shipment will arrive next month which I agreed that would be ok and payed. I than called them back in February 2023 and tried to find out I if arrived and then they said no but I should be not much longer. After that every time I try to call I barely get to talk to someone usually get put on hold for 30 – 60+ minutes and then disconnected. I have got through two times since than and they just say the jersey have not come. I also send them an email and they never got back to me."

"Poor online experience. At purchase stated they had the jersey and size in but it was not in stock. No confirmation after order or update. I had to chase this up to find out they didn't have it in stock. At no stage did they advise this until I followed up. I have no idea why they took the order when there was no stock. No updates. Initially happy to wait but no update about stock. Again I have to follow up every time. Almost 3 months no updates without me following up. Requested refund and no response. I did misquote an order number but they had my purchase email address and name. In any case I corrected the order number immediately and again no response to request for a refund. I hope I get my money back"

"Awesome staff! Got down to Peter Wynn's at 9.45am to pick up some Origin gear. Couldn't gain access to the store and thought I must be early and started to Google open times when one of the staff members saw me and asked if he could help me. I Said I just wanted to pick up some Origin merch for the big game on Wednesday and he was happy to let me in early as they don't normally open until 10:00am. He helped me pick what I needed and assisted me through the payment process which I had issues with, not their fault but mine and I was on my way. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Will be buying all my NRL Merch from them in the future. Great team at Peter Wynns!"

"Think carefully before ordering online, I personally did not have a good experience. Ordered an NRL jersey in early January. The ordering process was smooth enough and I chose Express Post assuming I'd receive it within the week. Finally received it during Round 3, probably 7-8 weeks after ordering. There was no mention of it being out of stock when I ordered. It was a birthday gift and pretty embarrassing handing it over so late. They come across as a very amateur operation, very old school and honestly, quite hopeless. There's a bunch of better options if buying online"

"We went into the store to get lettering and numbers put on two Socceroos jerseys. The team went above and beyond and ordered what was needed in. They kept us in the loop with how long it would take and they did a fantastic job. The jerseys look amazing and are absolutely spot on. Big shout out to Mark for all of his help, we’ll definitely be back in the future if we need something like this done again. Highly recommend ⭐️"
