They were straight away to show and express their bad attitude and bad mannered through their face to the customer. They both behave unwillingly and annoying to answer the question when we asked about the liqueur, unhelpful and useless. It's unprofessional, very rude and awful customer service from them."
"I often come to this store should I need any alcohol, or want to buy it as a gift. I usually only drink angostura, and if you want to find it, it's pretty hard, because it's behind the counter! Signage is very good here, you can easily see signs even over the shelves, and as a short person, that is amazing. They have a decent range of items for the smaller store size, and prices are usually alright, especially if you have a Rewards card. When it comes to ID at the counter, some of the workers ask, and some may not. I'm 22, but often I'm wearing a face mask, and I don't believe I look super old, so it's always strange when they don't ask for ID. Anyway, convenient location, friendly service especially when you need help, would recommend."
"Pros: Good descent shop. Staffs are really good. Tasted an awesome coffee flavoured liquor and it was awesome -25% alcohol. Staffs are good to give me free beer too as samples- wow. Prices are fair. I get discounts if u buy using egift cards. Timings are good. Variety is wide and you can chose from a span of craft beers and whiskeys and wines. Location is perfect as it's on the food floor of Macquarie center. Cons: Should keep beer glasses for sale."
