"Very disappointed. This company let us down very badly. Through no fault of ours, our builder went bust causing a long delay to when the floor could be laid, due to waiting for insurance and getting a new builder sorted. I kept Coastal Grain informed throughout and they agreed in writing to book a new date, 2 months in advance. The week before this date they suddenly told me they could not do it for another six weeks ! Really poor communication. When I queried this they rudely told me they would not lay the floor at all as they "could not meet my high expectations". Really passive aggressive. Cannot recommend at all."
