"My partner and I have a 3month baby at home so during Covid 19 opted to have our tax completed over the phone which was fine however they required a signature so we ended up having to go in. The man who supplied the tax papers did not follow any self distancing and as I kept moving back he kept coming closer. He then touched my pram and rocked the pram back and forth til I politely asked him to stop touching the pram and to move back due to covid 19. Not once did he apologise during all of this. This was at north rocks and am highly disappointed in their service."

"They are like a front for others who do the financial stuff and they are disorganised, incompetent and fully waste your time as well as thinking of inventive ways to charge you more money. They ride rough shot over your tax return like they own it. Absolute worst choice. NEVER again. If I could give no stars, I would. Go here if you want to be screwed over."
