"Worst restaurant for food delivery. They deliberately preparing your food slow and trying to ignore you when you are standing there waiting or trying to talk for them. Give you the look like why you are there. 9 out of 10 times have to wait there more than 15—20 mins. They just ignore you. Much faster with normal customers. If you are doing food delivery, strongly suggest you don't accept their orders. If you are ordering McDonald's for delivery, try to order from a different store. Because they will be super slow. This place is just a joke, no management at All! And this time we waited 35 mins and finally got the customer's order. Because they have just found out the half prepared order has been sitting on the bench for half an hour. I feel sorry for the customer!"

"Emo chick with black spikey bands on her wrists needs to be fired. Dancing around like a peanut rather then making my food, extremely rude in the drive through and doesn’t have her hair tied back walking around like she runs the joint. Not built for the work place what so ever"

"If you wanna find the best McDonald’s in Melbourne, I’ve no idea; but if you wanna find the worst McDonald’s, definitely this is the one! I try to complain to their top management about attitude, communications, long waiting time… The answer was they’re all kids… But who ask you to employ kids? And it’s the reason why I talked to you not them, if you wanna minimize the labor cost, you should give them a very clear SOP… But seems wasting my time to talk to her as well as the kids…! Finally, I find a really good & mature one working there, Lillian. She really knows about customer service, much better than their kids managers."
