"Very poor customer service. Had to call 4 times to know if a tool is available for hire. Disconnected first time. Spoke to service desk and put on hold and call disconnected within 5 minutes. For third call, had to wait over 35 minutes again after speaking to Service desk and before disconnecting myself as the call from tools was not answered. Still on call, waiting for over 15 minutes transferred from SD again, someone answered but was wrong department and he put me on hold again… Still waiting… By the way this was the fourth store called today and visited one."
