"I always order the cheap as chips online and love it every time. Unfortunately it has been messed up a few times where I got bone chicken instead of tenders, where I have to pay extra for, but this was solved. On that note, huge shoutout to manager Jackson for being so helpful when these incidents happened, and insisted on me having a free drink even though I was completely ok! (I did end up taking up his offer second time round ;), Overall being very nice and thoughtful and understanding. Thank you for your service, from a fellow fast food worker. :3"
"Except for a couple of fires closing the store, KFC Lilydale has consistently provided me with good service and food for around 5 years now. The store is always clean and the food comes out fast. Minus one star for all KFCs for taking away proper Sunkist and replacing it with that sugar-free garbage."

"this is a totally different experience to the other KFC I reviewed in Frankston. Twice recently I have been to this one and got exactly what I ordered, promptly, with excellent service by the young staff at the front desk. In other words, the store is well run ! The chicken pieces and nuggets were tasty, and nicely cooked in fresh oil. Quite often at other kfc outlets, I've found the chips to be ordinary at best, but here they were also fresh and so, for once, I managed to finish the whole serve. I don't dine in, so the atmosphere rating is fairly nominal, but I observed it to be clean, tidy and quiet. Warmly Recommended."
