"Within a minute of entering the store we were being yelled at to come up to the counter and show our ID. The guy on the counter handled the whole thing with a complete disregard towards professionalism, making other customers wait mid purchase, and after scrutinising our IDs told us we had a minute to shop before he was closing the shop for fifteen minutes to move palettes out the back. They need more staff if the shop has to be closed to do something so menial, especially at the expense of customers."

"The old employee with glasses and white beard at the store was very rude and everything was very uncomfortable, like talking, acting, etc. It was the most unfortunate thing to come to Australia and I felt unfriendly to foreigners. I do not want to come to this shop again:("
