"Always very friendly staff, most of my favourite drinks are available and the shop is at a very convenient location at the entry/exit of Warriewood Shopping Square."
"Went to the store at 2.13pm Saturday afternoon to pick up my click & collect order the team member had locked up the store and a sign was up returning at 2.45pm (I’m not blaming the team member). I approached the team member outside he said he had to go on his lunch break and go to the toilet as he was working in the store by himself from 9am -4pm. This is in humane working conditions. Very team member is entitled to a break after 3hrs of working and then another lunch break. Whilst the store was closed I watched about 30 customers walk away and go next door to bws. The amount of customers you lost in that 1/2hr the store was closed would have been enough money to cover putting another team member on for 3-4 hrs to cover lunch and tea breaks. Regional,manager needs to get involved and look at their rostering"
