"Nothing like waiting around for 20 minutes for 'fast food'. Order number showed as ready to collect for 5 minutes and then dropped back into the preparing section whilst the staff bumbled around not doing much. Granted the drive through takes priority but orders should be served sequentially. Cold nuggets, over salted fries and slapped together burgers. Usually quite keen on Hungry Jack's but this branch is an absolute shambles."
"Waited 15 minutes in the drive through. Somehow, the food was cold. Forgot my dipping sauce. Not even a 'sorry about the wait'. Won't bother going back."
"Beware!!! Went to the drive thru today and ordered a large angry whopper meal. It was my luck that I found my burger in a terrible deassembled condition in the box and found 2 rotten tomatoes inside my burger. How careless and silly can staff be. Someone could be hospitalized due to their poor quality control check. Please check your food before consuming."
"Sorry to add a negative review but it's a bit rough here. I've been in store twice and it appears some of the staff have not been trained. I felt bad for the manager who is running around yelling to manage things while some of the younger staff are playing around and laughing. Being rude to her. My order included a shake. The staff member making drinks said she didn't know how to do it and the manager had to get someone else to teach her. Then the staff member only filled the cup about half way. So I had to go back to have more added to it. Maybe they are having staffing issues, but I would appear that the newer staff don't have the training. Manager has to run around doing everything. I hope they get compensated fairly for such a huge amount of work being done compared to most"
"That's why I like visiting Hungry Jacks in the morning they supply both breakfast and everything else all times,I was lucky at the time I was the one great food though friendly services clean and tidy your choice take away or dine in there's wheelchair access, toilet and many more food outlets around the area really love it."
