"The noodle and rice dishes here taste pretty good. But I'm not too sure about the quality of the oil the chef uses in the wok. I've watched him cooking from scratch a few times, and it looks unusual, a bright orange color. I just hope its not old oil, but fresh. The chips we got here were good, and a generous serving too."
