"Poor experience with one of the store workers here in early July. Did not serve a group of us for about five minutes until we finally asked for a recommendation for a wine. Too see his face extremely red, he asked for ID and proceeded to ask us to leave the store after noting some were from Victoria. Understandable but extremely rude in his delivery, hope he sanitised this entire store afterwards?"

"I am a regular customer and the staff here are really really good, nah they're great! As a person who loves good wine and spirits this is the go to place in Lane Cove and surrounds in my opinion, smaller selection but the staff are helpful (remember there is 1 staff member present who has to serve and help, stock shelves etc). Let me tell you why I am impressed enough to write this review tonight. Matt is knowledgable when it comes to wines and has given us several recommendations... and even the wines I didn't like were good, just not to my taste and still they did represent what he said. Now he's scored many touchdowns with his recommendations but tonight's wine came with a "pants off" recommendation... I'm optimistic when it comes to Matt's recommendations but this wine he recommended was "pants off" good and he went on and on about it, so even optimistic as I was... I was skeptical and asked what's this "pants off" good wine?!!! C'mon!?!...But woah, it is beyond superb, simply incredible and it actually exceeded the 10/10 rating it's a 12! Thanks Matt! Great wine, great selection of choice quality over quantity. Well done!"

"Came in at 8:50 and the staff member didn't open the door. He refused to sell us any drink when it sais ut the store it closes at 9:00pm. You should change the hour, came really far just for a beer you only sell here. It's a shame because we usually have an excellent customer service here."

"One of the older shop cashiers has this very annoying habit of insisting on taking your card and reading it while you pay by tap. The tap is completely accessible for the customer to self tap but he insists on taking it and is clearly takes a few moment to read it . I find it very unnerving and after him doing it twice have purposely not returned to this particular bottle shop."
