"Terrible customer service. Sat at my table for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, and I was the only one in the cafe. After ordering my coffee, I waited another 15 minutes. I ordered a small oat latte and was served a large normal latte. Would not recommend."

"No customer service at all. Walk in with no staffs welcoming or serving. Everything is served on your own. The table is unclean, water cup is dirty, napkin is dirty. Staffs with emotionless faces. Overall, just a mediocre experience with zero hospitality."

"Place was very busy with breakfast crowd but young staff were efficient, smiling and eager to provide excellent service. Food was very good indeed with pleasing variety of choices."

"I was served the worst excuse for a jaffle I've ever seen in this cafe. Ironically called "the ultimate jaffle", it was served untoasted with the bread still bright white on one side and the only the slightest evidence around the far edges that it had been toasted on the other, and the cheese inside barely melted and cold. Needless to say that this soggy mess of a sandwich was not edible."
