"Requested no sauce so I could save plastic but got it anyway. The servers were friendly though. Ordered the superbowl & it seems to have shrunk in size with a very generous portion of green leaves. Very little value but the chicken tastes better than other fast foods. The container used for food is 100% recycled paper so another star for this effort."
"Takeaway from this store is ok but delivery is so bad. Twice we've experienced the same thing. Ordered dinner at 6:15pm. Notification said delivery would be in an hour. When it's close to an hour, they keep extending the delivery time by 10 minutes. Can't even call the store now to find out what's going on. 3 hours passed, then I get a notification saying that my order has been cancelled. I only ordered 1 chicken and 2 sides and I only live 5 minutes down the road. They could have cancelled our order earlier so i could have ordered elsewhere or driven myself. Took them 3 hours to tell me. So my kids go to bed hungry. I put in a complaint online, no one cares. I ask for an explanation, no one cares. Worse customer service ever. I pay for my meal. Nandos ain't even that cheap yet they treat us like they're doing us a favour. Really bad customer service. They honestly don't care."
