"Worst hungry jacks ever don't waste your money got my burger wrong three times and tried the first time to just microwave and give me the same burger back. Also gave the wrong burger for my second burger and gave me a small meal when I paid for a large hunger tamers. The person who I presume to be the manager couldn't of cared less if she tried."

"Worst customer service in the mornings from 7:30am. She is so rude and disrespectful and definitely does not know or understand the meaning of customer service. Didn’t confirm my order and didn’t get my order correctly and there was no one else in store or drive through. Disgusting behaviour from the worker in the mornings."

"Would you really want to receive service from a store that treats their employees so poorly. These managers are only good for sitting on call with their friends all shift, and yelling at the customers and blaming the rest of the staff. When I come too this store, all I ever see is the poor children running around doing everything and the managers coming out of their little box for all of 5 minutes just to yell at everybody, including the customers, and then go back. This is not the first time I am observing this. The last week when I was here, the manager "Arsh" yelled at me so rudely, simply because I was unsatisfied when she told me they had to close drive through because it was too busy. As anyone would be. Though I must say, I found the crew was far better equipped to handle the situation than the managers where. If that wasn't upsetting enough, too see the way the employees were treated by the managers when they where just doing their job, was truly very disappointing"

"Wow! Never had a more disgusting customer service experience in my life. When asked how long my burger would take I was given a horrible look and an eye roll before walking away. Best part was when I told the manager what had occurred I was told “ that’s just how she communicates” ??????"
