"Shop is actually Bottler and not Bottle-O -refer shop picture. Website link is incorrect as has Bottle-O prices. They do not price match even when I showed Google advertising errors and phoned in advance about stock. Good location though."
"So arrogant people. I came to take the wine and they closed it 5 mi ures before. When we tried to request them they even didn't see us, completely ignored and didn't even open the door even though persons were inside. Seriously stupidity."
"*BEWARE OF RUDE OLD MAN* Thought this was a wine shop, was looking at wines for Christmas gifts and using Vivino app to check the rating, regions and notes ect. Of the wines. Old man was so shockingly rude. Told me to stop taking pictures, ok. Would seem odd I’m taking pictures of label within the app so showed him what it does, gives wine region and info ect. Proceeded to tell me he hasn’t got all day (to basically glare at me.. like I wasn’t the ONLY person in the store, and he had somewhere else to be and the shop isn’t open for the next 6+ hours) I need to buy something now or leave. Well.. I did just that and left swiftly WITHOUT a purchase. Considering this is my local as I live above, safe to say will steer clear in future. ZERO manners, ZERO customer Service and turns out ZERO decent wine options anyway."
"If there was option to give minus in review section, the counter Chinese lady who was on the counter donot deserved also for that. Very rude customer service. She behave rude to all of the customers and she was already behaves like drunk. No manner she had. Guys look for alternative, your money has value. This is not first time for me."
