"TLDR: accused me of stealing because staff incompetency ticked off my order as collected despite me being in iso Norwest Circa is already a nothing place as it is, lacking many shops and essentials so you'd think that they'd try to retain some customers Went to go pick up a click and collect and was scoffed at/judged for taking a week to pick it up (isolation is 7 days) and then got told I had already collected it which no I hadn't. Guy then tried to pass the buck on his other staff. Eventually he rang someone and found it was right at the front of the pick up cupboard he hadn't even bothered opening. Made sure to tell the woman on the phone "oh he was actually right he didn't collect it" in a tone that implied I was trying to scam a company who made $2 billion in profit out of $14."
