"Shocking service and extremely over priced. Very slow to respond, mostly automated email responses. I now know I could received a better return previous years if I had just completed it myself (after using a far superior company who where very thorough)!! When I queried why their prices had doubled from the previous year, more than DOUBLE most competitors, the Director wrote a very condescending and rude email advising me that they prefer to handle returns for 'high net worth families' only. Do not use this company unless you want to pay big $$$$ for a crappy return, dealing with people that have a superiority complex."
