"Unfriendly pharmacist! I went to the shop hoping to get my document copy certified. A middle age pharmacist pharmacist said she cannot certified for me because my copy looks enlarged which is totally BS. The worst thing is after she said she can’t do it, she still kept staring at personal information on my document… annoying and unprofessional."

What he did was just scanned the goods and gave us the receipt. I wonder how he could still feel comfortable without some basic manners of customer services ?
