"Absolutely disgusting so-called professionalism by the staff!!! I called into pick up a bag if ice. At the counter alot of cans on special... I chose 4 cans to try, the sale clerk proceeded to tell me I could only have 2 per day... I replied there is "NO signage to say such." He then threatened to have me thrown out of the store. Shocked I said clearly "I know my rights there, is no signage, please ask your management to fix the signage so there will not be issues"... he continued with the threats. After paying for my items I waited for a reciept which he refused to give.... I asked twice.. again he continued with his threats and threw the reciept at me... I gathered my items and while walking out he continued running his mouth. I laid a complaint... which has been handled just as bad! No response from management team regarding this incident or the way my complaint has been handled."
"Older short man working there has poor customer service and is very rude he was packing the shelves I asked him for some advice and he said he hated spirit's and to work it out yourself then made me wait over 5 minutes at the counter before serving me"
"Staff are great apart from all of the Woolworths staff sitting out the front and smoking so every customer entering gets a face full of smokers secondary smoke. Absolutely awful brand image in Woolworths clothes."
