"I used to shop here all the time but will not be returning. There's a minimum for EFTPOS which is really not necessary. I needed to purchase a specific ingredient as my son was unwell and I couldn't buy it because of a minimum spend in EFTPOS. Ragville the cashier was also rude. Invest in some customer service training instead of placing a minimum spend on customers to use EFTPOS."

"Absolutely disgusting ! Selling Rotten vegetables. To the owner - DO NOT SELL, IF ITS ROTTEN . Do your quality checks. Have some ethics . I took the bag to the shops, for same day purchase to show it to them along with the receipt. The owner had guts to say to to expect the packed stuff to be rotten . And customer service said don’t buy it next time. The least you could do is apologise. Well if you know it’s not good then why are you selling it in the first place ??"
