"I've been using this pharmacy fairly regularly for over a year to buy over the counter products. I have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and courteous and I have never had any issues until today. I have always been told to just get my asthma spray from just behind the desk if they are busy and just pay at the till. It is not on script but it is considered pharmacy medication in Australia. Today there was only one pharmacist and one staff member. The store was empty save for one customer who was waiting for a script.When I put my hand around the corner to reach the shelf the pharmacist, I could clearly be seen and he said I should wait for someone to assist me. I've waited half an hour for this pharmacist previously, when they aren't even busy. He never even apologises, so this was not an option. I told him I had been coming in for it for over a year with no issue. They have cameras and the regular staff know me. His English was not good and I found him to be unjustifiably arrogant.I shall tell others of my unpleasant experience on this occasion and I shan't be going in this store again."
