"I have ordered Uber eats from here two times. I order a salad. First time they didn’t cut my tomato or cucumber at all second time they didn’t put my chicken schnitzel or any sauce on my salad when I requested it. Not HAPPY at all. I expect a refund or a free salad"

"I ordered a classic chicken sub with no tomatoes. It arrived with no chicken and extra tomato. I ordered a Pulled pork sub with double meat and I could barley see the pork. Called the store and John answered and would not send me the correct order. I then asked for the manager and he said the manager was not on site and when I asked for the name he said he was not allowed to give me the managers. Absolutely Pathetic service.. Poor management or none from what John told me. Let's see if I get the refund I've demanded. Do not order from this place."

"Tried to order from here 3 times off the subway app and my order got cancelled every time, then went onto Uber eats and ordered, and they messed up my order and didn’t put cheese on. When I tell you the whole thing tasted like plastic and I threw it out. Only liked the cookies"

"I called the store before hand just to confirm the cheese that I wanted on both subs as their online ordering process wasn’t very clear. I usually order from this store and numerous times they have forgotten to put my cookies in. So I called just to confirm these 2 things, only to be hung up on by the rude lady on the phone whilst I was mid sentence. We received our order to find that both subs which were both fresh had no cheese on them. As well as both of them were very squished. Not saying this is a big problem because I understand it could have happened during the delivery. We called the store back just to ask if they had put any cheese as we couldn’t see any on either. The lady who picked up the call was very rude and passed us on to a younger girl who said we were accusing her of not putting any cheese on, when we were just asking what had happened as clearly both subs had none. She shouted at us and told us that if we actually wanted to see the cheese we need to pay extra. I responded with it’s not about the money I would have just liked to receive the normal amount of cheese instead of none. Just to be treated even worse by this girl. I calmly asked to speak to the manger and she persisted that she was the manager. She then cut the phone on me. This customer service is unacceptable and no one should have to be spoken to that way, as someone from the hospitality business I find this unacceptable and would like this to be dealt with properly as this girl who spoke to us was incredibly rude and due to this I would not like to buy from this store anymore. The girl who claimed she was the manager and spoke to me this way said her name was Olivia."
