"I regret to say that our recent experience at Jai Ho Indian restaurant was quite disappointing. We ordered a variety of entrees, but unfortunately, most of them left much to be desired. The Peanut Chat was overcooked, leading to an unpleasant taste and texture. The Crispy Corn was passable, but nothing exceptional. The Veg Manchurian was the biggest letdown; the manchurian balls were unappetizing, with an overwhelming amount of black pepper and a lack of the expected garlic flavor. Even the Chilli Potato had a surprising layer of sugar on top, which was definitely not in line with our expectations. The Dal Makhani and Paneer Butter Masala, which should have been highlights, fell flat. The former lacked the rich and creamy taste of true Dal Makhani, and the latter was only somewhat satisfactory. The Dahi Puri had a strong taste of old and acidic yogurt, which was not at all pleasant. Even the Chicken Nuggets, meant for my child, were a disappointment due to their noticeably aged texture. It's quite disheartening to note that the quality of the food has significantly deteriorated. We recall a visit around a year and a half ago when the food was exceptional. However, this time around, the experience was far from satisfactory. The standard has dropped to an unacceptable level, leaving us disappointed and unable to finish our meal despite having a group of ten people. We hope that Jai Ho can take our feedback constructively and work towards restoring the high quality we remember from our previous visit. Best regards, Arpita"
"Terrible customer service and awful ambiance! We do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to waste your money. The staff has no manners and no training on customer service. They have absolutely no idea on how to greet customers. When the waitress brought our food she was wearing AirPods in her ears, ridiculous! Both the girls in the front of house were laughing and joking out loud the whole time. They kept on staring at us as they were just waiting for us to finish our food and leave. We could hear plates and pans banging loudly from the kitchen while the staff in the kitchen was singing out loud. The staff had not consideration for the costumers. The atmosphere feels like sitting in a market and it’s is awful. You would rather eat on a food stall and have a better experience worth your money. We strongly suggest that the owner reconsiders his staff choices and brings on new people with proper training and willingness to work!"
"I have ordered food minimum 3 to 4 time for takeaway. Food itself was good or above average. But the there was no communication between front staff and kitchen staff, every single time I was told a certain time to pickup food and ended up requiring at least 15 min more to max half hour late. Hope you guys resolve this, all you have to do is give correct time for pickup. Talk to the kitchen staff, it’s simple. Els I am loosing hopes. Will try one time more and that’s it."
"Not as good as I expected! I ordered a butter chicken but it was more like chicken korma!! It was not even close to butter chicken!! As a “chicken korma” it wasn’t too bad, but it literally wasn’t butter chicken! I also orderd some Garlic Naans, naans were a bit dried and hard! A couple of months earlier, I orderd a chilli chicken which didn’t taste good at all! Overall, I didn’t like the foods of this restaurant at all!"
