Grill'd Watergardens

"we came here yesterday and me and my little brother got a simply grill'd, when both burgers were brought to our table, to my disappointment the burgers had barely any tomatoes and onions in then, at least 2 slices of tomatoes would be good instead of one small piece and less than a quarter of onions, they also forgot our sauce which normally they'd bring along with the food, this is the second time they've forgotten. Service was pretty good, look inside the restaurant is alright, walking spaced is also a bit cramped, but overall this place is pretty good."

"I have been to many Grill'd in Melbourne, and this place is the winner. How can you burnt the life out of a burger patty like this and the bun, look at the bun... maybe this store owner should go and eat at Grill'd Highpoint to see how it's done????? or maybe hired someone who knows basic cooking??? it's an embarrassment of a place, really..."

"Took the family out for burnt disappointment where our drinks were forgotten, the napkins were forgotten, my burger (beef) was burnt dry and crispy and the kids' burgers (veggie) were equally burnt. It took cutting the burnt sections off the kids' patties before they could stomach them (photo attached). And when I say burnt, they smelled overwhelmingly burnt in a very obvious way. If your core business is burgers, how do you get it so wrong?"

"The Burgers and atmosphere was a nice change from the usual. Staff was attentive and courteous. However a good clean of the ceiling would enhance the experience. Overall enjoyed the food and dining opportunity."

"Beef patty and bacon were charred and unfit for consumption. Any reasonable Chef and establishment would have chucked it and not serve it to their customers. So disappointed. Update: Contacted customer service and the franchise partner promptly replied and apologised. He sent me two burger vouchers which I used two weeks later. Burgers were perfectly done. Great job!"
