"Steve did my tax return and originally I thought he was great! Fast forward 1 month later, had not received my tax back, ITP Miranda were not answering the phone so I decided to call ATO. Turns out ITP had put in my bank details incorrectly, so the money bounced back and so they had been holding on to my Money via cheque for a couple of weeks, without notifying me! I still can not get in contact to get my money, I went to the actual business today to speak face to face and the business was closed! Absolute worst tax agency."
"Very disappointing service, been told to come back week after wek everytime i asked for something and nothing was done. To I could delay my tax return and when it was processed I had a fine from the tax office for late lodgement. Asked to the accountant to call to see if it could be waved and he said no they couldn't. I called myself and I got the fine canceled...he never called the tax office! Useless service...not recommended to anyone!"

"Extremely poor service. We were told that our lodgement had been completed and lodged on the 31st oct. Sent emails chasing it up and didn't receive anything back. Finally received details of lodgement by looking it up on the ATO website, wasn't even lodged until the 13th nov...... original appointment was the 21oct. I have never had a tax lodgement take this long. I would never use this agent again and will not recommend them to anyone."
