"Apparently Cincotta chemist has started charging a surcharge on credit cards, to my utter surprise. I spend a lot of money every time I get my scripts and buy other items.. The signage for the surcharge is very small and placed in an obscure place. I asked if they could match price with Chemist Warehouse on a product but the checkout lady was rather abrupt and just said ‘no we don’t’. I asked if she would check with the manager because I’ve asked for price match from the owner/manager before and he has obliged. She didn’t even bother checking. I think I may need to go back to Chemist Warehouse."

"Upon leaving the store, I was blocked by security with hands on hip and asked for a bag searched. Felt very intimidated and treated like a criminal as no other persons ahead of me were bag searched. Followed around the store and not allowed out until I had emptied my bag. Absolutely appalled with there rudeness, mannerism and no regard for customer service!!!"
