"Horrible experience with really rude pharmacy staff. Went in to get my covid booster. Was questioned in front of a full room of random people about my health conditions and ordered to get a letter from my dr stating my issues. There is no mention of this when booking and the breach of privacy and confidentiality was appalling. Used to go there for all my scripts but have no desire to deal with them again"
"Extremely poor customer service. Do not recommend. False adverting and rude staff. An employee did not want to sell me a product with the special price (which it had already the sign put up and advertised) because "the promo starts tomorrow, we put the prices up the night before because we don't have time in the morning". I explained that's illegal and false advertising and I suggested he could speak to his manager to give me the deal but he refused. I decided to let it go, and went back two days after to get the product with the promotion and I came across another rude staff who wasn't sure how the promotion works (whether if it was 2 for 1 or 3 for the price of 2) and treated me like if I was the one who didn't understand saying "do you understand now?" after scanning the products."
"I always shop at Priceline Cronulla. The girls are lovely and helpful. Shane and Steve in the dispensary are so helpful making sure that you understand what you are taking and what you should do. They always have a smile on their faces and really look after their customers.Understand it’s hard in Covid however they have been so professional !"
