"New management have ran this place into the ground. Refused to dispense my daughters script as it was a Schedule A medication as he "didn't know me" and couldn't contact the prescribing Paediatrician... on a Saturday... who primarily works in the Emergency Department. After being humiliated and taking my script back, I turned around to walk out only to be told by another man waiting that the Pharmacist is also refusing to dispense one of his wifes medications. I have certainly heard of Pharmacists asking for more information/clarifying the purpose but I find it completely bizarre and unprofessional that they find the need to complete a "reference check" (without even asking me) with the prescribing medical professional when you have their signed prescription (including the authorisation code from Canberra) in front of them? Looking at the reviews, seems like I'm not the only one appaled by their odd policies and poor service. What a shame."

"The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Often don't have what I need. Charged me for a script when it wasn't in stock and told me to come back the next day to collect it. I've been here 3 times now and none of my visits have resulted in me getting what I needed. This time I waited while they chatted about bananas, only to be told they don't stock my item. "During a Pandemic I would have expected better from this pharmacy. Selling Hand Sanitiser for $29.95(450mls) when Chemist Warehouse across the road is selling 500mls for $11.99...same brand(Scotts). Please explain to your customers why you felt the need to exploit us? The whole experience of Isolation has left most of us with positive feelings towards shopkeepers and workers, but not about you. I will never buy anything from your Pharmacy again. Customers take note!"
