"I left my 2 dogs here for 4 days. No complaints at all, We were welcome by a group of friendly staff members, lovely girls.. We picked up the dogs 4 days later... the dogs were calm and collected, no dramas no problems. thank you all . we will be come back in our next Holiday."
"Completely useless. Called up and booked fluff ball in again, used them 12 months ago. When we arrive, they can't find us anywhere. It seems they changed systems, but didn't migrate all of their data. As a result, fluff ball needs to have one of her kennel cough shots renewed, but, they only tell us that when we are trying to drop her off, because even though I called to book her in, no one bothered to look us up on their system, nor did they take any of my contact details. Very stressful trying to find a vet available on a Saturday morning between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM, as we were flying out. When were waiting to drop her off, one of the staff had no idea how to handle the dog they were bringing in and they allowed it to barge into the reception area, aggressively snapping at fluff ball. Then when we return to collect her on Sunday, we get charged a late collection fee, because they don't open until 2 PM, and we were there at 2:05 PM. I suspect it's a new owner. Fluff ball WILL NOT be going back there ever again."
