"I had booked Daniel for filing my tax on a Friday 3:30 Pm via phone. He called me at 3:45 pm and said some appointment overrun and he rescheduled it to Monday 10 am. On Monday 9:45 am I got a sms that he is having power outage and he will call me once power is back. After that no email/SMS/call response from him. Completely unprofessional behaviour from Daniel."
