Our team of dedicated staff members ensure that your bird receives all the love, attention, and care they need. They will have plenty of daily out-of-cage playtime with both male and female humans, engaging in activities such as head scratches, learning tricks, and chewing on toys.

We understand that birds have unique preferences, which is why we offer a variety of entertainment options. From stealing veggies from Kelly's dinner plate to dancing and bopping to their favorite tunes, your bird will never be bored. They can even enjoy their favorite TV shows like Spongebob and Bob's Burgers!

Our boarding facility also provides a natural touch with freshly picked native foliage placed in cages twice a week. For enthusiastic chewers, we offer disposable toys, including the popular 'tree bark hanging mobile' loved by Macaws and Cockatoos. Your bird will also have bathing opportunities and, upon request, can spend time on our undercover decking area with stunning views of the Dandenong wetlands. This option is especially suitable for parrots accustomed to being housed outside or semi-outdoors.

While you are away, we understand the importance of staying connected. Upon request, we can send you updates, photos, and even arrange live webcam sessions with your bird at no extra charge. Rest assured, your feathered friend will feel right at home with us, receiving the love and comfort they deserve, rather than being in a shop or facility with stacked cages.

The health and well-being of your bird are our top priorities. We only accept healthy birds for boarding and may conduct tests for Chlamydophila psittaci (also known as psittacosis/chlamydiosis/parrot fever) if necessary. Cockatoos may require an additional PBFD test, depending on their age and history. Alternatively, you can provide a valid document from your avian vet with the same test results. Our cages, floors, and surfaces are cleaned with F10 SC veterinary disinfectant, ensuring a hygienic environment for your bird.

We also take care of their dietary needs, providing Vetafarm pellets, vegetables, fruits, seeds, and other healthy foods. If desired, we can assist with seed to pellet conversions free of charge during their stay.
