"In one word INCOMPETANT! If I could give no stars I would of! Please save yourself the hassel I went through and go anywhere else, like seriously a year 10 bottom grade math student wouldn't of made the mistakes that this so called accountant did. The manager did my accounts for years until I went for a mortgage and found out he had messed up. After finally admitting to years of mistakes instead of rectifying the errors he ghosted me and then said the errors were too big for him to correct and told me I was no longer a client. Stephen (from the Elizabeth/Gawler branches) was unprofessional and immature not answering phone calls and emails from me, my broker, my bank, and when I finally did get through to him he literally went silent and pretended not to be on the other end. It was Pathetic. After weeks and weeks he finally refunded 1 years worth of fees. Not acceptable really but I accepted just so I never have to deal with him again and his childish unprofessional behaviour ever again."

"ITP is a chain similar to a franchise. Each is owned by different people. I have had dismal service from some. This one is great. Tony Gray use to operate this chain and was fantastic. He has since retired. The new person Jason Wheeler is just as good. Thorough, communicative, and "by the book" accountant. He brings a more modern approach using cloud services to sign and pay for the services as an option too. Makes it that little bit easier if there are a few things your or he have to chase up and finalised later in the week. Once its done pay, and sign online. I have had shares, options and an income and is able to manage complicated calculations and assessments of all these things. He also operates another ITP chain in the eastern suburbs. I would highly recommend his service as a tax agent. If your disappointed with other ITP chains transfer your account to him."
