"Staff are great and products are plentiful just a terrible experience with security guards. I go in for some deodorant and i check out some vitamins i grab both and then realizing how stupidly expensive they are chuck them back while looking the seccy is eying me up left and right i pay for me deodorant and i’m stopped at the door by some “hunk” of a man demanding i return the pills i hadn’t took. luckily the front desk worker was fine and communicated it properly but still an embarrassing and upsetting experience"
"The store is great, easy to find products but the security needs to calm down a bit. A few times I’ve had the security guard give me eyeballs and follow me through the store, each isle I went they appeared moments later. Most of the time they hang in the perfume section with all expensive products understandably. I respect they’re doing their jobs but it makes me super uncomfortable like I’m doing something wrong even though I’m not."

"Brand new big store much more selection than the one in Double Bay. It’s almost a secret one that people don’t know about yet. Nice staff always asking if u need any assistance."
"Large store, but no floor staff to help find a product. Checkout staff unhelpful and insensitive. They ask you to repeat loudly the product you are looking for… sex gel, so everyone can hear. CH thinks it’s akin to shopping in a supermarket, that you can cruise the aisles filling up your basket. Don’t have the time. If you’re in a hurry go to your small local chemist who will find the product for you."
