"Waited for about 30 minutes staff could see me waiting put my meds on a shelf and didnt say anything, they don't tell you when it's ready even though they can see you there waiting! Asked for generic they didn't give generic had to go back and change it."

"Can I just say I've never seen such polite staff at any business in my life. The front counter gentleman gave compliments and was precise on his instructions. The lovely pharmacists with green eyes was very patient and took care of my needs for 20 minutes. Never going to any other pharmacy again!"

"Pricing is more expensive compared to other stores like chemist warehouse in Carlingford. When I called and asked why they are more expensive then other stores, guy on the phone was pretty rude and apparently they don't care about their pricing being similar as other stores. Doesn't make sense why they don't want to be competitive in price. Next time I'll just go to chemist warehouse or other stores if it is same medicine for cheaper price. Edit: looking at your reply you are saying I hung up the call while you were trying to provide solution. This is not true, I didn't hang up the phone. After the person on the phone said they can't offer better price and can't help us, we both said bye. He wasn't able to provide a resolution or any solution. You can't price match that's fine but don't need to be rude about it. You can convey the same message politely. He should work on his phone manners and customer service skills before answering the phone again. Selling someone a product for $59 when somewhere else you can get it for $41 or $49, it is just a ripoff. Trusting Priceline will sell product at a competitive price was our mistake. That will never happen again!"
